Supports civil engineering project delivery across multiple assignments, performs quality assurance and quality control, applies GIS concepts and workflows, communicates project information, and manages competing deadlines. The role works with multiple project managers and develops technical, client-service, and project-management skills with the goal of assuming increasing project responsibility. Regular on-site assistance to Central Illinois clients is required.

Manage 10–20 GIS projects from initiation through completion, overseeing resources, schedules, budgets, scope, billing progress, and profitability. Coordinate technical GIS teams, communicate with clients, document project activity, resolve issues, and report significant risks. Complete GIS tasks, maintain client relationships, support repeat business, and stay current with Esri technologies. The role is hybrid/remote with occasional fieldwork.
