Own outbound pipeline generation: build targeted prospect lists, run multi-channel email campaigns, manage lead lifecycle and metrics in HubSpot, collaborate with sales on ABM, create campaign copy/assets, manage LinkedIn presence, maintain CRM data hygiene, and analyze campaign performance to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.

Plan and execute technical, on-page, off-page, and AEO/AI-focused SEO to improve organic visibility. Perform keyword and SERP research, technical audits, content optimization, internal linking, backlink outreach, and monitor rankings, traffic, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema, and AI referral performance while coordinating with developers.

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM/PPC, social, email, content). Manage paid ads, build content calendars, create copy, perform SEO and analytics, run email automations, manage budgets, conduct market research, coordinate with design and sales, and deliver performance reports and dashboards.

Manage day-to-day accounting, maintain books using Tally/Zoho/Saral TDS, prepare MIS (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), handle customer ledgers, GST/TDS compliance and filings, assist audits, process vendor payments, coordinate payroll statutory filings, and resolve client billing escalations.
