Define laboratory customer requirements and translate workflows into AI and product use cases. Research emerging AI tools, LLMs, automation, and industry trends; collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop AI-powered features. Evaluate AI outputs, provide data-driven recommendations, create documentation and test plans, train users, and communicate with global scientists. The role requires laboratory software implementation experience, knowledge of AI/ML concepts, and understanding of regulated environments, data security, and audit trails.

Build relationships with customers, partners, distributors, and industry influencers; develop new business; prepare reports, presentations, and proposals; deliver personalized product demonstrations; manage the full sales cycle; provide presales support; and collaborate with product development and marketing teams. The role serves Mandarin-speaking regions and may involve national and international trade shows.

Configure, integrate, and validate laboratory instruments with LIMS. Develop and test interfaces using APIs, middleware, or custom scripts. Troubleshoot integrations, maintain connectivity documentation, support deployments, gather client requirements, and collaborate with engineering for feature scoping.
