Teams at Cloudinary

Leads product operations across launches, GTM readiness, KPI tracking, process improvement, AI adoption, and internal tooling. Coordinates Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams; develops launch playbooks, monitors product readiness and performance, improves release workflows, and reduces manual work through AI-assisted automation and dashboards.

Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers to drive adoption of Cloudinary's image, video and DAM solutions. Manage post-sales lifecycle, monitor usage and health metrics, run business reviews and success plans, support renewals and expansions, escalate and coordinate issue resolution, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Lead development and maintenance of Cloudinary's edge and backend delivery platform, own end-to-end features, build internal microservices, integrate CDN partners, provide 2nd-tier support and on-call rotations, and act as technical authority for delivery infrastructure.
