Translates client business needs into technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and integration documentation. Partners with stakeholders, leadership, developers, and program teams to clarify priorities, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs. Supports custom application development, modernization, and systems integration while building deep domain knowledge and trusted client relationships. The role is remote in the DMV area with onsite meetings once or twice per quarter.

Own and execute partner marketing programs that activate the Microsoft ecosystem and other strategic partners to drive account engagement and pipeline. Plan co-marketing campaigns, manage marketplace and co-sell motions, produce partner-facing content and enablement, coordinate events/webinars and field alignment, and report on partner-sourced and influenced performance. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Gen, RevOps, Product Marketing, and partners to ensure campaign tracking and measurable outcomes.

Design, build, migrate, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures on Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Implement ETL/data integration, semantic models for analytics, CI/CD, monitoring, security controls, cost optimization, and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business requirements into reliable, compliant data solutions.

Build and own a persona-specific B2B email program in HubSpot to drive demand generation across the buyer journey. Responsibilities include strategy, nurture workflows, segmentation, campaign execution, A/B testing, deliverability, reporting, and cross-team collaboration to convert leads to pipeline.

Build and scale Cloudforce's post-sale customer marketing: design lifecycle communications and onboarding, create HubSpot email programs and content, drive adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy, capture customer stories and proof points, and partner with CS, Product, Sales, and Ops to enable renewals and expansion.
