Own the full sales cycle for Cloudflight's portfolio: identify and qualify opportunities, develop proposals, close deals, manage accounts, and grow revenue through consultative solution selling across cloud, data, software, and AI/ML offerings.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for key technical and strategic roles, partner with hiring leaders to shape hiring strategy, improve processes and tools, use data and market insights, promote inclusive hiring, build talent pipelines, and support Talent Acquisition team growth and employer representation.

Design and build state-of-the-art web applications using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot. Follow agile, TDD and clean-code practices, mentor peers, work with clients, and contribute to projects including ML cloud detection, public portals, and consumer apps.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI projects: translate business needs into scalable data architectures and AI solutions, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, shape technical direction, manage scope/timelines/risks, support cloud-deployed ML pipelines and model lifecycle, contribute to pre-sales, and mentor team members to ensure production-grade, governed deployments.

Design, build, and operate scalable AI/ML platforms: training, inference, pipelines, feature stores, MLOps automation, GPU optimization, monitoring, security/governance, LLM evaluation, RAG and agent development, and cross-functional enablement to productionize models.

Maintain and improve stability, scalability, reliability, and automation of cloud-native systems. Debug heterogeneous infrastructures, run public-cloud services, perform post-mortems, and use CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code tooling. Collaborate with teams and occasionally travel to offices or customer sites.

Design and implement end-to-end full-stack features using Java 17+, Spring Boot, React and Angular. Build resilient backend services, integrate REST/SOAP interfaces, work with Oracle databases, ensure code quality through reviews and documentation, collaborate in Scrum teams, and mentor junior colleagues while expanding cloud and modern development skills.

Lead design, build, and operate scalable lakehouse/warehouse data platforms and pipelines for analytics and ML. Own end-to-end ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, DevOps/DataOps, and delivery. Drive architecture, tooling, cost/performance optimization, mentor engineers, engage in presales, and partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure data solutions.

Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Cloudflight’s services and software. Generate pipeline, qualify opportunities, build proposals, lead negotiations and close deals. Engage clients as a trusted advisor, create tailored technical-business solutions, manage accounts, and collaborate with delivery teams to meet revenue targets and forecasts.

Lead design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Financials and PSA processes. Serve as primary finance stakeholder contact, translate requirements into Workday solutions, ensure data integrity between modules, maintain process documentation, troubleshoot issues, and prioritize module requirements for on-time implementation.

Lead distributed, cross-functional Agile teams to define requirements, plan and deliver software projects on time and budget. Act as primary customer contact, create process visualizations, facilitate decisions, ensure delivered features provide customer value, and advise on business growth.

Design and build sustainable software using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot. Follow agile, clean-code and TDD practices, mentor junior colleagues, understand business and technical requirements, and contribute across diverse projects (including ML, public sector portals, and consumer apps).

Lead an agile Scrum team as the technical authority: design cloud-native software architectures, enforce quality standards (TDD), provide technical leadership and mentorship, estimate architecture costs, and implement solutions using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Kubernetes and modern front-end (Angular).
