Build, test, deploy, maintain, and support cloud-based software features throughout the development lifecycle. Apply engineering best practices, troubleshoot production issues, improve reliability and performance, participate in on-call support, and collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and customers. The role also involves Agile ceremonies, code reviews, technical discussions, customer-facing support, and occasional travel to secure or air-gapped environments.

Monitor and backstop cloud automation in a 24x7x365 environment, respond to alerts and service disruptions, communicate with customers and executives, coordinate major incidents, document tickets and handoffs, and escalate issues appropriately. The role involves developing foundational skills in cloud, networking, automation, monitoring, ticketing, and cybersecurity while handling routine troubleshooting and customer support across phone, email, and ticketing channels.

Own CloudFit’s people technology ecosystem, serving as the primary Workday administrator and supporting payroll continuity. Responsibilities include HRIS configuration, workflow design, integrations, reporting, data governance, employee lifecycle transactions, process automation, documentation, controls, and troubleshooting. The role partners with People Operations, Finance, Technology, and Compliance to improve scalable and compliant people processes, maintain payroll backup readiness, and deliver workforce dashboards and operational insights.
