Lead and scale the accounting function, owning monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, financial reporting, controls, audits, tax compliance, vendor-master integrity, payment-fraud prevention, payroll reconciliations, and ERP implementation. Manage and develop the accounting team, improve workflows, strengthen documentation, and partner with finance, operations, auditors, banks, and external compliance providers to support company growth and financial integrity.

The Software Development Engineer will develop cloud-based applications, manage product features, participate in Agile processes, and support customer needs.

Manage day-to-day benefits, leave, rewards, recognition, and employee events. Administer benefits and leave programs, support compensation workflows, run rewards platforms, coordinate events, improve workflows with automation/AI, maintain SOPs, and provide responsive employee support.
