Lead architecture and scalability of the analytics layer: build DBT/Snowflake data models, create ML-ready feature tables, deliver predictive products, mentor analysts, and present insights to stakeholders.

Lead company-wide rolling forecasts, build and maintain three-statement financial models, perform variance and scenario analysis, prepare executive reporting and investor materials, and partner with Operations and Technology to translate operational metrics into financial impact. Own Abacum model structure and act as FP&A subject matter expert while supporting budgeting, headcount planning, and margin improvement initiatives.

Own and evolve CloudFactory's data platforms and pipelines, design scalable data models and semantic layers, ensure data quality and governance, optimize orchestration and costs, support reporting domains, mentor engineers, and participate in incident response and on-call rotations to enable data-driven decisions.

Design and build high-performance backend services and APIs in Go to manage datasets, model assets, metadata, and workflow orchestration. Ensure scalability, reliability, observability, and CI/CD-driven deployments. Collaborate with frontend, product, and platform teams, contribute to architecture, resolve production issues, and support AI/ML evaluation pipelines and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Short-term role to extract precise, minimally complete claims from sentences and create sentence diagrams. Perform labeling, quality reviews, annotator Q&A, and collaborate on labeling quality metrics to support AI model evaluation.

Support internal and external communications and employer branding across channels. Draft announcements, manage internal platforms, create social and recruitment content, run campaigns, build university and community partnerships, track performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen employee engagement and talent pipelines.

Manage employee relations in Kenya including investigations, disciplinary actions, PIPs, and performance management. Advise and coach managers, support HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, benefits), ensure compliance with Kenyan labour law, maintain documentation, and support culture and engagement initiatives and global talent programs.

Work with strategic clients to design and implement scalable AI integrations and production-ready workflows, build APIs and data pipelines, debug client environments, lead technical discovery, and drive MLOps and human-in-the-loop deployments to transition AI from proof-of-concept to reliable production.
