Lead AI consulting growth in the energy, oil and gas sector by advising executive clients, originating and expanding enterprise engagements, shaping AI use cases, managing commercial lifecycles and P/L, and overseeing delivery. Design and build scalable, high-performance frontend features for CloudFactory’s AI Platform, including human-in-the-loop workflows, model validation, annotation tools, and workforce management interfaces. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams; improve performance, accessibility, and responsiveness; write tested maintainable code; participate in technical planning and code reviews; investigate production issues; evaluate frontend technologies; and mentor engineers.

Own reliability, observability, automation, security, and developer tooling for a cloud-based AI platform. Manage Kubernetes infrastructure supporting ML and LLM workloads, including GPU scheduling, model serving, autoscaling, monitoring, incident response, and cost governance. Build reusable Terraform modules, GitHub Actions, GitOps workflows, and platform components across public clouds. Partner cross-functionally to establish technical direction, secure-by-default infrastructure, and reliable software delivery practices while supporting 24x7 operations.

Design and implement scalable AI integrations, agentic AI and human-in-the-loop workflows, data pipelines, APIs, and production-ready deployments. Translate AI proofs of concept into reliable systems, troubleshoot client integrations, evaluate performance, reduce manual intervention, and contribute to platform improvements. Lead technical discovery workshops, support pre-sales validation, advise enterprise stakeholders, and use deployment insights to influence product roadmap priorities.

Work with strategic clients to design and implement scalable AI integrations and production-ready workflows, build APIs and data pipelines, debug client environments, lead technical discovery, and drive MLOps and human-in-the-loop deployments to transition AI from proof-of-concept to reliable production.

Reviews annotated college football images and video clips for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines. Identifies errors, incomplete or inconsistent annotations, provides actionable correction feedback, and flags recurring or unclear issues. The role requires strong college football knowledge, attention to detail, critical thinking, clear written communication, and independent work in a remote environment.

Create and review German language learning content: annotate grammar and pronunciation, evaluate vocabulary and synonyms, analyze trial lesson insights, and draft lesson outlines informed by learner data.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex digital platforms: plan and conduct user research, create interaction flows and high-fidelity prototypes, define information architecture and accessibility criteria, contribute to and improve design systems, mentor junior designers, set OKRs, and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver user-centered solutions.
