Lead end-to-end product design for complex digital platforms: plan and conduct user research, create interaction flows and high-fidelity prototypes, define information architecture and accessibility criteria, contribute to and improve design systems, mentor junior designers, set OKRs, and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver user-centered solutions.

Design, build, and maintain production infrastructure focused on reliability, scalability, and security. Implement IaC and CI/CD, monitor and troubleshoot services, define SLAs and production readiness standards, manage capacity, and support 24x7 operations.

Lead design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native systems. Build and operate production services in Go, improve CI/CD and observability, guide architectural trade-offs, support client integrations and PoCs, and mentor engineering teams.

Create and review German language learning content: annotate grammar and pronunciation, evaluate vocabulary and synonyms, analyze trial lesson insights, and draft lesson outlines informed by learner data.

Design and build high-performance backend services and APIs in Go to manage datasets, model assets, metadata, and workflow orchestration. Ensure scalability, reliability, observability, and CI/CD-driven deployments. Collaborate with frontend, product, and platform teams, contribute to architecture, resolve production issues, and support AI/ML evaluation pipelines and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Work with strategic clients to design and implement scalable AI integrations and production-ready workflows, build APIs and data pipelines, debug client environments, lead technical discovery, and drive MLOps and human-in-the-loop deployments to transition AI from proof-of-concept to reliable production.

Own and evolve CloudFactory's data platforms and pipelines, design scalable data models and semantic layers, ensure data quality and governance, optimize orchestration and costs, support reporting domains, mentor engineers, and participate in incident response and on-call rotations to enable data-driven decisions.
