Process UK and US payroll, manage payroll journals and employee expenses, reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts, handle benefits and statutory payments, calculate VAT and group accruals, and support finance system improvements and special projects. The role requires multi-currency accounting knowledge, familiarity with Employer-of-Record arrangements and NetSuite, and effective collaboration with global stakeholders.

Provides first-line IT service desk support for requests, incidents, and routine application issues. Responsibilities include investigating and escalating incidents, maintaining accurate tickets and documentation, monitoring service levels, performing basic application maintenance, communicating with users and colleagues, and supporting conflict resolution. The role requires 1–2 years of IT support experience and offers foundational development in a hybrid environment.

Manage daily accounting transactions, vendor and employee payments, payroll, taxes, VAT filings, fixed assets, reconciliations, and financial records. Support month-end and year-end close, audits, regulatory compliance, and internal control improvements. The role primarily uses NetSuite and Google Sheets while coordinating with auditors and regulatory authorities under Nepalese tax requirements.
