Processes high-volume vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments using Ramp. Maintains vendor data, reconciles statements, resolves discrepancies, supports payment runs and month-end close, and assists with 1099 preparation, audits, and AP process improvements. The role also responds to vendor and internal inquiries while ensuring policy compliance, accurate documentation, and timely deadlines.

Designs and maintains automated UI, API, integration, regression, and CI test suites using Cucumber, Selenium, REST API frameworks, and Jenkins. Performs functional, exploratory, performance, and load testing; analyzes defects and root causes; and partners with Product and Engineering on acceptance criteria and quality gates. The role also uses AI coding tools, contributes to reviews and quality-practice improvements, and mentors peers.

Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, resilient backend microservices and APIs (Golang) for a hybrid cloud platform. Define clean API contracts, evolve data layers (Postgres, Cassandra, Kafka/NATs), ensure observability, drive product-focused engineering, participate in architecture and code reviews, and mentor peers while improving platform reliability, security, and developer experience.
