Lead federal sales efforts across Civilian and Defense agencies, managing the full enterprise software sales cycle from prospecting through close. Develop new business, expand customer relationships, engage federal systems integrators, and sell CloudBees’ CI/CD, DevSecOps, AI-assisted software development, and automation solutions. Navigate complex procurement cycles, build executive relationships, exceed quotas, close large deals, and communicate technical and mission impact to federal stakeholders.

Provide technical customer support by answering product questions, diagnosing complex issues, developing solutions or workarounds, and collaborating with Support and Engineering teams. Document solutions, contribute to internal diagnostic automation tools, and participate in a weekend daytime on-call rotation. The role requires strong DevOps, Linux, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.

Conducts outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and build sales pipeline. Researches target accounts, personalizes outreach, identifies decision-makers, and nurtures prospects through the sales funnel. Maintains accurate CRM records in Salesforce, collaborates with sales and marketing, evaluates outreach performance, handles objections, and works toward sales targets and KPIs.
