Requires strong Citrix and cloud technology expertise, communication skills, and 7+ years of sales engineering, consulting, or customer success experience.

Leads accounting operations for payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable in Oracle Fusion. Owns general ledger integrity, reconciliations, variance analysis, internal controls, audit readiness, and process improvements. Partners with cross-functional and international teams on accounting implications, automation, and operational efficiency. Manages and mentors accounting professionals while ensuring accurate, scalable, and standardized processes.

Leads Flex and strategic initiatives from design through rollout and optimization. Translates business objectives into scalable processes, governance, milestones, metrics, and execution plans. Manages cross-functional dependencies, risks, readiness, adoption, and accountability across Product, GTM, and Operations teams. Defines KPIs, identifies process gaps, develops playbooks, and influences stakeholders and leaders without formal authority.
