Build, edit, and publish content in AEM, manage publishing workflows, ensure brand/UX/accessibility standards, run QA/UAT, manage backlog and stakeholders, analyze GA4 metrics to improve engagement and SEO/GEO discoverability, and coordinate with IT and agencies to deliver web initiatives and improve LLM/AI citation visibility.

The Lead Solutions Specialist will design and implement scalable endpoint management architectures, drive feature development for eLux and Scout, and advocate for process improvements in secure digital workspaces.

Lead product vision and roadmap for eLux and Scout, translate market and customer needs into prioritized backlogs, collaborate with engineering and hardware OEMs, manage releases and lifecycle decisions, ensure security, performance, and enterprise compliance, engage customers and field teams, and drive product documentation and go-to-market enablement.
