Own product marketing narratives and go-to-market launches across consumer, enterprise, and emerging privacy products. Develop positioning, messaging, launch plans, sales enablement, release content, founder communications, demos, technical explainers, and working prototypes. Partner with product and engineering early, build audiences through organic channels, and translate technical security concepts for consumers, enterprise buyers, and investors.

Build and operate real-time voice AI agents for Call Guard. Responsibilities include designing conversational systems, reducing latency across speech and language components, integrating frontier models and agent frameworks, defending against voice-cloning and adversarial attacks, and maintaining telephony, VoIP, and cloud infrastructure. The role also involves architectural ownership, scalable backend development, cross-functional product collaboration, code reviews, and mentoring while delivering privacy-focused consumer products.

Own end-to-end automation experiences, from product design through production front-end implementation. Design layouts, motion, micro-interactions, workflows, and interface copy that make AI-driven actions understandable and trustworthy. Collaborate with engineers to connect interfaces to real data and behavior, establish reusable patterns, maintain high visual quality, and use AI-assisted development tools to work efficiently across parallel tasks.

Technical Chief of Staff supporting engineering leadership through hands-on software development, code review, testing, architecture and AI discussions. The role proxies CTO and engineering leadership, unblocks ambiguous initiatives, builds repeatable release infrastructure, prototypes solutions, drives strategic engineering initiatives, and aligns technical execution with privacy and security standards. Success requires strong engineering judgment, communication, discretion, and the ability to operate independently across technical and executive contexts.

Lead brand and visual design for Cloaked’s premium concierge privacy offering. Responsibilities include developing the visual identity and guidelines, designing client onboarding presentations and product-interface concepts, creating motion and animation, producing high-touch print collateral and merchandise, and collaborating independently with the offering lead. The engagement is a four-to-six-month contract with potential full-time conversion.

Serve as embedded product counsel for AI-enabled privacy, identity, payments, and financial-services products. Advise on consumer financial regulations, privacy, cybersecurity, AI governance, product launches, disclosures, controls, and operational workflows. Negotiate commercial, vendor, partnership, data, payments, and technology agreements, while supporting corporate and general legal matters. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and strategic financial-services partners in a fast-moving startup environment.

Build and maintain internal support tools for account lookups, refunds, recovery, and automation. Improve Intercom’s chat and AI support capabilities, handle complex technical escalations, investigate databases and system logs, and manage sensitive privacy and account-security cases. Identify recurring support issues and eliminate them through tooling, automation, runbooks, and escalation standards. Collaborate across customer support and engineering while contributing code and debugging existing systems.

Own quality across web, mobile, and API products through manual testing, exploratory testing, test planning, automation framework development, CI/CD integration, and test-result analysis. Improve suite reliability, identify coverage gaps, use AI-assisted QA workflows, collaborate with developers and product managers, review automation code, and contribute to QA strategy and documentation.

Serve as the dedicated security concierge for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and enterprise executives. Own client onboarding, household and family coordination, ongoing relationship management, escalations, and technical troubleshooting. Translate security issues clearly, protect highly sensitive information, partner with Engineering, and help establish concierge playbooks, SOPs, staffing models, and feedback processes for a growing service.

Lead design and implementation of privacy-first iOS apps, build and iterate Cloaked Pay screens, own mobile payments, ship UI-heavy SwiftUI features, integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, use Core Data/offline storage, develop iOS and Safari extensions, enforce architecture and testing best practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate across design, backend, and product.

Own and build retention-focused consumer features: design habit-forming experiences, run experiments, set up instrumentation, analyze cohorts, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and support to increase daily engagement and long-term retention.

Build and own full-stack features and greenfield products, collaborate across frontend, backend, design and product, ensure secure, reliable, and scalable implementations, and drive product decisions and roadmap for growth.
