Serve as embedded product counsel for AI-enabled privacy, identity, and financial-services products, especially Cloaked Pay. Advise on consumer payments, card regulations, privacy, cybersecurity, AI governance, consumer protection, product launches, and compliance controls. Negotiate commercial, vendor, partnership, payments, data, and technology agreements, while supporting corporate legal matters. Translate complex legal requirements into practical product decisions, disclosures, workflows, and risk recommendations.

Provide front-line privacy-focused customer support: troubleshoot account and subscription issues, escalate complex technical problems, drive product adoption and retention, create training and educational content, and relay customer feedback to product teams.

Coordinate interviews across time zones, manage calendars and onsite logistics, communicate with candidates, maintain accurate ATS records, support recruiters and hiring managers, identify process bottlenecks, assist with onboarding handoffs, and contribute to recruiting and People-team projects. This six-month contract is an entry-level opportunity with potential extension or conversion.

Build and maintain internal support tools for account lookups, refunds, recovery, and automation. Improve Intercom’s chat and AI support capabilities, handle complex technical escalations, investigate databases and system logs, and manage sensitive privacy and account-security cases. Identify recurring support issues and eliminate them through tooling, automation, runbooks, and escalation standards. Collaborate across customer support and engineering while contributing code and debugging existing systems.

Own quality across web, mobile, and API products through manual testing, exploratory testing, test planning, automation framework development, CI/CD integration, and test-result analysis. Improve suite reliability, identify coverage gaps, use AI-assisted QA workflows, collaborate with developers and product managers, review automation code, and contribute to QA strategy and documentation.

Serve as the dedicated security concierge for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and enterprise executives. Own client onboarding, household and family coordination, ongoing relationship management, escalations, and technical troubleshooting. Translate security issues clearly, protect highly sensitive information, partner with Engineering, and help establish concierge playbooks, SOPs, staffing models, and feedback processes for a growing service.

Operate as a strategic adversary to compromise critical assets, design and execute high-impact offensive campaigns, develop custom exploits and tooling, prioritize business risk, partner with engineering to remediate root causes, and teach teams to harden systems across the company.

Full-cycle technical recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing technical and non-technical hires. Partner with hiring managers to design hiring processes, run intake meetings, manage candidate experience, lead offer strategy, and build recruiting infrastructure, playbooks, and scalable workflows.

Lead design and implementation of privacy-first iOS apps, build and iterate Cloaked Pay screens, own mobile payments, ship UI-heavy SwiftUI features, integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, use Core Data/offline storage, develop iOS and Safari extensions, enforce architecture and testing best practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate across design, backend, and product.

Lead enterprise product marketing and demand generation for Cloaked's enterprise vertical. Build a zero-to-one marketing playbook (ABM, paid, webinars, events), own event strategy and execution, drive MQL→SQL handoff with sales, create enablement assets (battlecards, case studies, decks), and partner with product and engineering to support launches and feedback loops. Measure sourced/influenced pipeline and scale repeatable processes.

Lead high-velocity growth experimentation across the acquisition funnel—landing pages, OTP flow, checkout, paywall, and onboarding. Build new acquisition funnels with engineering, improve conversion and CAC, partner with paid teams to scale efficiently, and own experiment and tracking infrastructure (PostHog, server-side GTM, CAPI, S2S).

Own and build retention-focused consumer features: design habit-forming experiences, run experiments, set up instrumentation, analyze cohorts, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and support to increase daily engagement and long-term retention.

Build and own full-stack features and greenfield products, collaborate across frontend, backend, design and product, ensure secure, reliable, and scalable implementations, and drive product decisions and roadmap for growth.
