Partner with hiring managers to design hiring processes, run intake meetings, manage candidate experience, lead offer strategy, and build recruiting infrastructure, playbooks, and scalable workflows.

Design and build privacy-first Android applications, lead architecture and code quality, implement REST/GraphQL integrations, create performant Jetpack Compose UIs, apply Coroutines/Flow and offline storage (Room/Realm), write unit tests (BDD/TDD), troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor engineers while shipping B2C features at scale.

Lead design and implementation of privacy-first iOS apps, build and iterate Cloaked Pay screens, own mobile payments, ship UI-heavy SwiftUI features, integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, use Core Data/offline storage, develop iOS and Safari extensions, enforce architecture and testing best practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate across design, backend, and product.
