Own and build retention-focused consumer features: design habit-forming experiences, run experiments, set up instrumentation, analyze cohorts, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and support to increase daily engagement and long-term retention.

Lead development, launch, and growth of Cloaked Pay. Define operations and GTM, analyze product data, work with engineering, marketing, regulatory and bank partners, manage compliance, gather customer feedback, and drive experiments to scale a consumer fintech product.
