Own lifecycle and product marketing after signup across consumer and enterprise customers. Lead onboarding, retention, feature adoption, renewals, churn recovery, upsells, expansion, trust communications, and customer education across email, SMS, push, in-app, and help-center channels. Manage Customer.io, segmentation, experimentation, deliverability, consent, analytics, and dashboards while partnering with product, CX, sales, finance, legal, PR, and engineering.

Own product marketing narratives and go-to-market launches across consumer, enterprise, and emerging privacy products. Develop positioning, messaging, launch plans, sales enablement, release content, founder communications, demos, technical explainers, and working prototypes. Partner with product and engineering early, build audiences through organic channels, and translate technical security concepts for consumers, enterprise buyers, and investors.
