Manage creator marketing campaigns from client strategy and planning through launch, optimization, execution, and reporting. Advise clients, develop campaign briefs and creator requirements, coordinate deliverables, monitor performance, provide insights, and improve campaign processes. Partner with Product and Engineering to relay feedback and enhance platform workflows.

Own engineering delivery, organizational design, security, infrastructure, fraud initiatives, incident escalation, and cross-functional prioritization. Build scalable team structures, propose hiring plans, represent engineering to executives, and oversee infrastructure and data decisions. The role requires substantial engineering leadership experience, hands-on backend or full-stack development experience, and a track record of scaling engineering organizations at startups or scaleups.
