Partners with business leaders to identify AI opportunities, define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate solutions from discovery through launch. Supports AI solution design, testing, governance, security and privacy reviews, rollout, training, adoption, and post-launch measurement. Monitors usage, quality, cost, and business value, recommending continuous improvements. Translates between business stakeholders and technical teams while communicating priorities, risks, progress, and outcomes within established frameworks.

Own the end-to-end contracting lifecycle for strategic suppliers and third parties. Draft, review, negotiate, and execute complex technology, SaaS, cloud, data, professional services, and channel partner agreements. Manage contract workflows and records in Pramata CLM, develop templates and playbooks, address privacy and security requirements, monitor obligations and renewals, and provide risk-based recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, IT, QARA, Product, and business leaders across global jurisdictions.

Provides inbound technical support for healthcare software clients by receiving requests, assessing and prioritizing issues, researching resolutions, documenting cases, and communicating status. Partners with clients and internal teams to resolve problems, uses knowledgebase and AI-assisted resources, maintains client satisfaction, and learns Clinisys applications and systems. Requires participation in on-call and holiday rotations, with minimal travel to client sites.
