Provide commercial legal advice for EU, US & ROW business unit; lead complex negotiations for global distribution and commercialisation agreements; draft, review and negotiate international commercial contracts; partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams; ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance and support legal projects to completion.

Lead analytics projects, develop standardized data extraction and reporting, act as BI subject-matter expert, collaborate with IT and stakeholders, build prototypes/models, train colleagues in data-driven decision-making, and eventually line-manage junior staff.

Manage HR systems and data integrity across the employee lifecycle for multiple countries; deliver onboarding, probation, offboarding, reporting, SOPs and audits. Support HR documentation, liaise with benefits providers, identify process improvements and provide general office administration for the Malaysia office.
