Support lab-based evaluation and development of sorbents for direct air capture. Conduct adsorption characterization, accelerated lifetime and aging tests, process-relevant evaluations, and unary and binary isotherm measurements. Work independently on targeted studies, develop and validate experimental methods, troubleshoot testing, analyze data, and document results for interdisciplinary teams.

Support development and testing of direct air capture measurement instrumentation and controls. Assist automation software development, execute and evaluate adsorption/desorption tests, investigate process performance, and assess measurement feasibility. Work in a hands-on team environment to improve testing consistency and efficiency.

Lead technical direction for Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls across design and execution. Approve contractor submissions, ensure compliance, drive reliability and innovation, incorporate cold-weather constructability, supervise and coach team members, and support integrated project delivery from FEED through commissioning with extensive travel and onsite presence.

Lead local procurement and supply chain for Mammoth and Orca projects in Iceland. Manage operational procurement, RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation and negotiations, contract administration, supplier development, MRO purchasing, logistics coordination, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvements to ensure supply continuity and project support.

Lead mechanical design for global DAC plant projects with emphasis on cold‑weather constructability, pressure‑equipment compliance, contractor management, cross‑discipline integration, cost optimization, and documentation across FEED through commissioning. Ensure winterization, heat tracing, drainage, and operability for Alberta/remote sites and support permitting and stakeholder alignment.
