Provides in-house legal advice across the organization, drafts and negotiates corporate and commercial agreements, supports corporate law matters, coordinates external counsel, and develops scalable legal operations. The role requires a qualified lawyer with experience in corporate law, finance, commercial contracts, and business transactions. Strong English and German fluency, financial literacy, adaptability, curiosity, and a business-oriented mindset are required. The position supports a mission-driven climate technology company and is based onsite in Opfikon, Zurich, at least three days per week.

Provides technical leadership for the design and industrialization of mechanical components and systems for industrial equipment. Leads CAD development, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, design reviews, validation, prototyping, and testing. Ensures technical readiness, quality, compliance, and manufacturability while mentoring engineers and coordinating external design resources.

Own the development and lifecycle of sorbent modules from early-stage development through launch, service, and end-of-life. Lead validation, industrialization, prototype testing, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and partners. Apply mechanical design, material selection, manufacturability, maintainability, and sustainability principles while managing development projects and supporting innovative carbon-removal technologies.

Own commercial operations by improving processes, administering Salesforce and related tools, creating analytics and dashboards, maintaining data quality, and leading operational improvement projects. Translate business needs into system configurations, reporting, and scalable solutions across marketing, sales, project sourcing, and customer success. Manage stakeholder workshops, change initiatives, documentation, training, and knowledge management in a fast-growing organization.

Lead the global technical direction of the Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls function. Develop specifications and design philosophies, oversee contractor submissions, improve system reliability, manage EIC risks, and collaborate across engineering and project teams. Lead and coach team members while supporting full-cycle process plant projects from FEED through commissioning. Incorporate cold-weather constructability and winterization requirements, with up to 60% travel including extended Alberta site assignments.
