Install, assemble, test, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC/R systems on new construction and remodels. Perform pipefitting, brazing, welding, electrical diagnostics, connect controls and line sets, inspect EMS equipment, follow blueprints and safety protocols, and participate in on-call rotations to support emergency service needs.

Lead and build the marketing function: define brand strategy across 30+ locations, drive demand generation and sales enablement, manage digital marketing and marketing technology, oversee budget and vendors, measure marketing ROI and KPIs, and hire/coach the marketing team to support growth and customer retention.

Perform journeyman-level maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of supermarket refrigeration systems, controls, and walk-ins. Complete routine maintenance, leak detection, service calls, and detailed dispatch documentation while providing high-quality customer service.

Support Account Management team by processing quotes, invoicing, purchase orders, warranty claims, dispatch management, and liaising between field service and billing. Maintain customer work order networks and perform administrative duties with discretion.

Entry-level HVAC/EMS apprentice supporting operation, maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and minor installation of large HVAC, refrigeration, heating, and energy management systems. Learns wiring, network communications (Modbus/Echelon/RS-485), brazing, and EPA-related practices while completing paperwork and communicating status to the team.

Support licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial electrical systems. Learn to read schematics, pull wire, install conduit, test systems, maintain tools, document work, follow safety codes, and travel to job sites while completing apprenticeship training under supervision.

Perform journeyman-level maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of supermarket refrigeration electrical, mechanical, and microprocessor control systems. Conduct routine maintenance, leak detection, service calls, and documentation (notes/photos). Provide timely, courteous customer service, follow check-in/out procedures, keep truck organized, and work variable hours including overtime.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR business partner supporting multi-site operations. Provide employee relations guidance, investigations, performance and corrective action, compliance (especially California law), labor relations support, workforce planning, talent development, HR data integrity, and Excel-based reporting.
