Entry-level apprentice supporting commercial Energy Management Systems, refrigeration, and HVAC controls projects. Works with experienced technicians on installations, wiring, devices, controls, documentation, safety procedures, and project requirements. The role requires extensive travel across multiple states, flexible day and night scheduling, occasional weekend or holiday work, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn a specialized trade. Apprentices develop toward independent EMS technician and leadership responsibilities.

Manage workers’ compensation, insurance, and property-loss claims, focusing on cost mitigation, liability reduction, medical treatment monitoring, return-to-work efforts, and case management. Coordinate with employees, managers, contractors, clients, attorneys, and third-party administrators. Maintain insured-asset databases, review claims data, support risk-management policies, provide administrative and occasional accounting support, and train staff on risk prevention.

Support licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial electrical systems. Learn to read schematics, pull wire, install conduit, test systems, maintain tools, document work, follow safety codes, and travel to job sites while completing apprenticeship training under supervision.

Manage commercial retail construction projects end-to-end: plan and execute work plans, track budgets and schedules, lead cross-functional teams, handle bidding/contract change orders, monitor job-site production and quality, prepare reports, and communicate status with clients and stakeholders.

Install, assemble, test, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC/R systems on new construction and remodels. Perform pipefitting, brazing, welding, electrical work, and EMS hookups to project specifications. Read blueprints, diagnose system issues, ensure safety and compliance, participate in on-call rotations, and deliver professional customer service and documentation.

Lead regional modernization and construction projects for refrigeration systems, overseeing planning, field operations, subcontractors, safety, budgets, KPIs, customer relationships, and team development to drive profitable, on-time project delivery.
