Teams at Climate Pros

Supports strategic, national, regional, and smaller customer accounts as a customer liaison and backup for Customer Success Managers. Coordinates field service, billing, compliance, preventive maintenance, escalations, warranties, SLAs, KPIs, customer playbooks, onboarding materials, and quarterly business reviews. Collaborates with service, branch, billing, IT, and sales teams to resolve issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and achieve account goals.

Researches and evaluates materials, components, vendors, costs, quality, specifications, availability, and lead times. Maintains purchasing information, enters data into proprietary software, supports purchase order preparation, generates quotes and proposals, and communicates with suppliers, manufacturers, purchasers, and account management. Prioritizes order requests and ensures supply commitments meet business needs.

Manage commercial retail construction projects end-to-end: plan and execute work plans, track budgets and schedules, lead cross-functional teams, handle bidding/contract change orders, monitor job-site production and quality, prepare reports, and communicate status with clients and stakeholders.
