Manage financial oversight for a portfolio of programmes: budget preparation, grant financial reporting and compliance, monthly salary allocations and cost recovery journals in Dimensions, reconciliations of actual versus committed spend, provide FP&A analysis and guidance to programme teams, and help improve programme finance systems and templates.

Support programme teams by overseeing financial management of portfolios, producing budgets and grant reports, reconciling project expenditure, posting salary allocation and cost recovery journals into Dimensions, ensuring donor compliance, and improving FP&A systems, procedures and templates.

Manage a portfolio of foundation grants across the full lifecycle: cultivate and steward funder relationships, produce high-quality proposals and reports, coordinate Program and Finance teams and Group Development, and identify opportunities to increase and diversify funding.

Lead communications planning and delivery for ClientEarth Germany: develop and execute a strategic media relations plan, translate legal and policy work into clear German-language communications, build relationships with national, regional and specialist German media, advise cross-team colleagues to maximise impact, and produce high-quality content across press, web, social, newsletters and campaign channels.

Serve on the UK Board to set programme and financial strategy, approve the annual budget, ensure governance and financial management, oversee CEO appointment and performance, support committees (Finance/Audit/Investment or Governance & Risk), and champion ClientEarth's mission. Trustees commit ~8–10 days/year; role is unpaid (travel expenses may be claimed).

Support FP&A by running monthly management accounts in Workday Adaptive, ensure accurate transaction coding, respond to budget-holder queries, assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, and provide financial insight to Business Services and External Affairs.

Lead a 10-month maternity-cover fundraising and partnership function: develop and implement fundraising strategy, build and steward high-value funder relationships, oversee proposal development, and drive a diversified pipeline of foundation, institutional and statutory income aligned to organisational priorities.

Provide legal research, analysis and thought leadership on finance and sustainable finance in Asia; develop regional finance strategy; build regional networks; represent and advocate with regulators, institutions and stakeholders to advance low-carbon transition and manage climate-related financial risk.
