Plan and conduct R&D experiments, develop and evaluate test plans and prototypes, document requirements and procedures, optimize manufacturing processes, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and communicate results internally and externally.

Serve as primary commercial contact to develop and expand relationships with key customers and partners. Create and execute strategic account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical and delivery issues, improve forecasting accuracy, analyze sales metrics, and identify new revenue opportunities across programs, products, and market segments. Requires frequent customer engagement and international travel.

Build, repair, and maintain production tooling and fixtures using lathes, mills, grinders, and inspection instruments. Interpret GD&T drawings, plan fabrication sequences, perform preventive maintenance, support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, and ensure safe, quality-focused shop practices.

Support the Commercial Team with CRM data cleanup, sales process documentation, workflow analysis, and basic opportunity data analysis. Meet with sales and operations teammates, map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and help create process documentation and tools to improve CRM data consistency and team efficiency.

Lead R&D strategy and execution for aerospace assembly solutions, focusing on adhesives, thermoplastics, laser surface prep, surface analysis, and mechanical fasteners. Drive technology roadmaps, prototype development, validation/qualification, patent generation, cross-functional launches, and team development while managing budgets, metrics, and external partnerships to commercialize differentiated, manufacturable products.

Serve as primary front-desk contact, greet visitors, answer and route calls, manage VMS and mail, support meetings and onboarding, perform administrative tasks, maintain office organization, and assist People Operations and vendors.

Build, repair, and maintain production tools and fixtures using shop equipment; interpret GD&T drawings; perform precision measurement and preventive maintenance; apply shop math, Lean principles, and safety practices; collaborate on continuous improvement and cross-functional training.

Produces precision tooling, gauges, jigs, fixtures and machine parts using manual and CNC equipment. Performs heat treating, reads GD&T drawings, designs work-holding, uses inspection gauges, and specializes in carbide, grinding, or CNC trade areas. Trains/apprentices, supports continuous improvement, and follows safety and shop procedures.

Entry-level apprenticeship to develop toolmaking skills through hands-on training and schooling. Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and records while assisting with tool and equipment fabrication, continuous improvement, and shop housekeeping. Attend classes, follow Click Bond policies, and perform physical machining and material-handling tasks.

Support and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing. Lead root-cause investigations, implement process controls and improvements, support design and supplier quality, perform audits, create quality plans/reports, and participate in FMEA and product qualification activities.

Perform, document, and analyze mechanical, thermal, and chemical tests on aerospace products; program and operate computerized test machines; use inspection instruments and environmental chambers; design test fixtures and procedures; maintain test records; troubleshoot failures; train and support stakeholders.

Design and develop mechanical products and manufacturing packages using 3D CAD and FEA. Lead product industrialization, design experiments, perform calculations, create drawings with GD&T, develop tooling and processes, investigate failures, document results, support testing and validation, and provide technical support across facilities within a regulated/QMS environment.

Set up, build, try out, repair and adjust tools, inspection gauges and fixtures for transfer and secondary machines. Operate tool room equipment, perform measurements with comparator and video microscope, apply SPC, guide apprentices, meet production and quality standards, maintain records and safe work areas.

Manage and coordinate aerospace new product introduction (NPI) programs from inception to completion. Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; lead cross-functional teams; ensure compliance with aerospace standards; mitigate risks; engage customers and suppliers; and implement continuous improvement to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget program outcomes.
