Supports daily People Operations activities including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS records, compliance, payroll reporting, employee inquiries, performance initiatives, leave administration, and offboarding. Maintains personnel documentation, audits employment records, coordinates benefits enrollment, processes employment verifications, and supports employee engagement and safety-related programs. Requires strong confidentiality, organization, communication, and attention to detail in a primarily office-based environment.

Builds, develops, sets up, tests, repairs, and adjusts precision tools, inspection gages, and fixtures for manufacturing equipment. Operates toolroom machinery, works with tool steels and production materials, interprets mechanical drawings, and maintains tight tolerances and quality standards. Trains apprentices and toolmakers on complex jobs, supports production leadership, collaborates with Engineering and Quality on process improvements, maintains records, and follows safety procedures.

Engineering intern supporting aerospace fastener design, manufacturing optimization, quality assurance, testing, and process improvement. Responsibilities include using CAD software, performing engineering calculations and simulations, creating technical drawings, assisting with inspections, analyzing test data, researching materials and technologies, tracking project deliverables, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role provides hands-on exposure to the complete aerospace product lifecycle while requiring attention to safety, quality, communication, and independent problem-solving.
