Plan and sequence production schedules, manage work order releases, ensure material availability, identify and resolve capacity bottlenecks, communicate priorities with sales and production, and lead continuous improvement and planning tool enhancements to meet on-time delivery metrics.

Support manufacturing data analysis, build AI/automation tools, develop dashboards and reports, troubleshoot databases and data conveyance, apply Lean principles, collect stakeholder requirements, and train staff to improve operational efficiency.

Manage day-to-day toolroom operations to ensure tooling availability, maintenance, and timely delivery. Supervise toolmakers, schedule builds/repairs, coordinate with engineering, production, and vendors, control inventory, enforce safety and quality, and drive continuous process improvements.
