Manage and sequence production schedules, release and track work orders, ensure material availability, resolve capacity bottlenecks, communicate priorities across teams, lead continuous improvement projects, and support weekly production planning to meet on-time delivery targets.

Manage and generate the master production/distribution schedule, lead ERP/MRP training and implementation, collaborate with sales/production/purchasing for forecasting and capacity planning, develop inventory strategy, present data to stakeholders, and lead special projects while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Manage day-to-day toolroom operations to ensure tooling availability, maintenance, and timely delivery. Supervise toolmakers, schedule builds/repairs, coordinate with engineering, production, and vendors, control inventory, enforce safety and quality, and drive continuous process improvements.
