Support manufacturing data analysis, build AI/automation tools, develop dashboards and reports, troubleshoot databases and data conveyance, apply Lean principles, collect stakeholder requirements, and train staff to improve operational efficiency.

Entry-level apprentice role developing toolmaking skills through a three- or four-year training program, hands-on mentoring, and formal education. Responsibilities include meeting production, safety, quality, and productivity standards; maintaining tools, machines, and work areas; completing apprenticeship records; supporting continuous improvement; and working effectively with minimal supervision. The role requires basic math, computer skills, English literacy, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to handle materials and lift up to 50 pounds.

Support and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing. Lead root-cause investigations, implement process controls and improvements, support design and supplier quality, perform audits, create quality plans/reports, and participate in FMEA and product qualification activities.
