Manage campaign responses, qualify inbound leads, schedule meetings, prospect through personalized email and cold outreach, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to improve messaging and conversions for DACH market expansion.

Manage B2B client success from onboarding through campaign execution. Lead client workshops, define target audiences, source and enrich data, build automated sales campaigns, write copy, analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and optimize outreach strategies. Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to improve client results and experience. The role requires fluent German and English, strong data skills, Excel proficiency, organization, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
