Lead end-to-end product design for complex B2B healthcare analytics and dashboarding solutions. Conduct user research, workflow mapping, information architecture, interaction and visual design, prototyping, and usability evaluation. Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and Clinical teams to deliver feasible, scalable, regulatory-compliant medical software designs. Drive stakeholder alignment, risk-based human factors activities, design-system stewardship, and measurable improvements in user and business outcomes.

Provides corporate, commercial, healthcare regulatory, privacy, and compliance counsel for a regulated healthcare technology company. Drafts and negotiates commercial, research, clinical, data, and partnership agreements; advises on healthcare fraud and abuse laws, FDA requirements, HIPAA, privacy regulations, and HCP relationships; develops compliance policies and contracting processes; partners with information security on data protection, audits, vendor assessments, and incident preparedness.

Full‑stack engineer building and scaling the Core Lab Case Management platform: develop Node.js/TypeScript backend services and React/Next.js frontends, design/consume REST APIs, work with PostgreSQL, ensure testability, observability, and production reliability, participate in design reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and join on-call rotations.
