Leads the technical execution of an IFS Cloud migration through go-live and post-go-live stabilization. Directs a seven-person technical team, coordinates integration testing, validation, cutover, UAT, hypercare, vendors, and IFS partners. Identifies and resolves technical risks, aligns delivery with project milestones and business requirements, and documents configurations and migration processes for knowledge continuity.
