Leads the Quality Control inspection team across fabrication and assembly operations. Coordinates inspection priorities, oversees first-piece, in-process, and final inspections, ensures accurate documentation and traceability, supports inspector training, manages nonconformances, and contributes to root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, change control, and continuous improvement. Partners with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Production to maintain product quality, compliance, and efficient product flow.

Designs, simulates, prototypes, tests, and troubleshoots analog and digital electronic hardware throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include PCB design, manufacturability collaboration, mechanical packaging, regulatory compliance testing, design reviews, corrective actions, and laboratory testing. The role also supports product development, resolves component obsolescence, creates manufacturing test systems, and mentors less experienced engineers.

Manufactures, maintains, repairs, and improves precision tooling, dies, gauges, fixtures, and specialized production equipment. Operates and maintains manual and CNC machining and fabrication equipment, reads blueprints, hand-fits tooling, tests equipment against specifications, performs preventative maintenance and calibration, and follows OSHA, ISO, PPE, and workplace safety requirements.

Develops, modifies, simulates, and optimizes CNC programs for mills, lathes, bending, and cutting equipment using CAM software. Interprets drawings, CAD models, GD&T, and specifications; selects tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters; verifies toolpaths; creates setup documentation; troubleshoots prove-outs; supports new product introductions; and improves cycle times, safety, quality, and production efficiency.

Design and improve mechanical products and parts under engineering supervision. Create CAD models, technical drawings, design standards, drafting procedures, and bills of materials. Interpret customer and engineering specifications, support manufacturing and testing, address design changes, select materials and hardware, and collaborate with engineers, manufacturers, customers, and other stakeholders to develop efficient mechanical solutions.
