Lead and deliver construction projects from initiation through closeout, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, procurement, stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining compliance and fostering team development.

Lead and oversee a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while mentoring project teams. Provide strategic oversight, manage contracts and risks, handle claims and negotiations, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure safety, quality, and financial performance across multiple projects.

Install and maintain sanitary/storm sewers, water mains, culverts, manholes and related civil utilities. Read blueprints, set pipe lasers and check elevations, work in confined spaces and trenches, operate with heavy equipment, spot and protect existing utilities, mentor helpers, and work with various pipe sizes and materials.

Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with planning, administration, and field coordination of construction projects. Duties include schedule and as-built record keeping, material ordering and purchase orders, subcontractor coordination, RFIs/RFQs/shop drawing tracking, change order documentation, health and safety record maintenance, site monitoring for compliance, and attendance at project meetings. Supports contract administration and produces project logs, daily reports, photos, timesheets, and other project records.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of complex heavy civil projects. Lead contract administration, cost and schedule controls, risk management, RFIs/RFQs, procurement, field coordination, closeout documentation, and mentor junior staff to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.
