Lead enterprise risk strategy for senior living and corporate operations. Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, clinical, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks. Oversee claims, litigation, insurance programs, incident investigations, loss prevention, emergency preparedness, and business continuity. Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve resident safety, compliance, and quality using data-driven metrics.

Support and run resident programs and events: set up/tear down, encourage participation, coordinate volunteers and transportation (including driving), create flyers/calendars/social posts, assist marketing, ensure compliance, and represent community values.

Lead and oversee all operations of a luxury senior living community, ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality resident care, fiscal stability, staff development, and continuous improvement of services.
