Teams at Clearwater Living

Provide nursing care to senior residents per physician orders and individual care plans. Supervise medication technicians and caregivers, assess resident needs, document interventions, participate in quality improvement, deliver training, assist with medication management, and respond to emergencies. Work under the Health Services Director and Assisted Living Director, with weekend availability required.

Plan, implement, and manage resident lifestyle programs for a luxury senior living community. Create monthly calendars and newsletters, run social media, coordinate events and transportation, recruit/train staff and volunteers, manage budget and compliance, monitor resident wellbeing, and ensure regulatory and safety standards.
