Lead and oversee daily secure space and security operations across a growing multi-site portfolio. Set strategy, policy, budgets, workforce plans, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with federal/state mandates and ICD 705/SCIF accreditation. Serve as SME and product steward for MERIDIAN, reviewing AI-assisted recommendations. Mentor functional managers and support program management and government engagements.
