Conduct full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer extension, background checks, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers, maintain candidate records for EEO compliance, promote company culture, attend recruiting events, and report hiring metrics. The role requires recruiting expertise, strong communication, organizational skills, ATS familiarity, and the ability to assess candidates against complex requirements.

The Staff Accountant will manage accounting activities, ensure compliance with accounting standards, mentor junior staff, and support audits and financial reporting.

Perform full-charge accounting across multiple LLCs, including intercompany reconciliations, consolidations, journal entries, financial statements, indirect cost rate development, billing, payroll, job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis. Ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR, CAS, contract terms, and DCAA requirements while supporting audits and financial operations.
