Handle customer requests for valuation products through phone and email, provide order updates, support implementations, correct returned products, facilitate order completion, and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires strong communication, spreadsheet skills, problem-solving, pattern recognition, teamwork, and flexibility to manage high-volume periods and overtime.

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Build test automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, analyze results, document defects, and collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to improve product quality and testing processes.

Owns large-scale Redshift and PostgreSQL data infrastructure across hybrid AWS environments. Responsibilities include database lifecycle management, high availability, disaster recovery, backup and restoration, automation, observability, performance tuning, data migration, and infrastructure as code. Partners with data engineering, application development, and product teams to build scalable, reliable data services. Develops Python and shell scripts, supports governance initiatives, and contributes to architectural and troubleshooting activities.
