Analyze market prices, competitor offers, margins, conversion, and retention, while developing dashboards and automating pricing processes with Excel, SQL, Python, or VBA. Partner with energy supply, sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to support pricing decisions, campaigns, customer requests, quality assurance, and reconciliation across pricing, enrollment, and billing systems.

Support hedging and risk management for the retail power book across PJM, NYISO, and ISONE by validating forecasts, maintaining price curves and models, producing NOP/MTM reports, automating reporting, and supporting market research and hedge recommendations under the Senior Manager's guidance.
