Provides administrative and project coordination support for a commercial landscaping service division. Responsibilities include scheduling, data entry, document and record management, inventory tracking, project documentation, and department leadership support. Audits employee timecards, resolves timekeeping and labor-allocation discrepancies, monitors mobile and GPS clock-in systems across job sites, and coordinates with supervisors and Payroll to ensure accurate records and timely processing.

Oversee commercial landscape enhancement projects from planning through completion, ensuring profitability, quality, safety, client satisfaction, and efficient use of crews, equipment, materials, and resources. Coordinate with contractors, clients, foremen, and vendors; procure materials; manage timelines and administrative processes; hire, train, and direct crew members; resolve issues; and maintain strong customer relationships.

Manage a portfolio of commercial landscaping maintenance accounts by coordinating maintenance, enhancement, and irrigation work; maintaining client relationships; managing personnel, materials, equipment, budgets, billing, proposals, and receivables; supporting recruiting and team development; and ensuring safety, compliance, quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.

Performs aerial tree pruning, removals, chainsaw operation, rigging, climbing-gear inspections, jobsite setup, cleanup, and hazard control. Works with ground crews to complete safe, high-quality tree-care services while following ANSI Z133 standards. The role accommodates entry-level through lead climbers, with opportunities for training, mentoring, advanced rigging, and crew leadership.
