Provides administrative and operational support to the Irrigation Department by coordinating schedules, tracking tasks and deadlines, maintaining records and reports, communicating with leadership and field teams, resolving issues, and improving departmental processes. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, follow-up, prioritization, communication, and the ability to learn new systems. Prior irrigation or landscaping experience is not required.

General application for outdoor landscape operations roles, including maintenance, construction, enhancements, irrigation, arbor and tree care, spray technician, heavy equipment operation, CDL driving, crew leadership, and general labor. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, reliable transportation, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather. Relevant experience is helpful but not required for all positions.

Supports full-cycle recruiting for field employees, including application screening, candidate sourcing, interviews, hiring events, onboarding, background checks, offer letters, and recruiting administration. Maintains candidate records in ATS and HRIS, tracks hiring metrics, coordinates with hiring managers, communicates with candidates, and represents the company at community recruiting events. Requires bilingual Spanish-English communication, strong organization, follow-up, relationship-building, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring priorities.
