Supports construction project accounting through monthly billing, collections, AIA documentation, change orders, subcontractor setup, job costing, purchase orders, invoices, closeout documentation, and month-end accounting processes. Produces weekly job cost reports, maintains compliance documents, supports journal entries and cost allocations, and collaborates with project managers, subcontractors, and accounting teams.
