Coordinate workforce wage subsidy programs by supporting participants, employers, and partners throughout recruitment, onboarding, placement, and program delivery. Manage inquiries, documentation, databases, eligibility and reporting requirements, timelines, communications, events, and compliance processes. The role requires strong organization, follow-through, bilingual communication, and independent problem-solving.

Leads wildfire resilience and climate adaptation projects for municipalities and communities. Conducts research, assessments, and analysis; translates technical and policy information into practical guidance; manages work plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables; builds stakeholder partnerships; facilitates workshops and public engagement; prepares reports, proposals, funding applications, and project documentation; and represents the organization in external engagements. Frequent travel throughout Nova Scotia is required.
