What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Workforce Development Team to support the day-to-day delivery of our workforce wage subsidy programs.
The Workforce Development Team works with employers, job seekers, government, and community partners to delivery programs that create employment opportunities through wage subsidies, bursaries, and training opportunities. The team works closely with federal and provincial funders to administer programs that help individuals gain meaningful work experience and skills.
The Program Coordinator is a key part of keeping these programs moving. The role combines day-to-day program coordination with direct support for employers and participants across Canada, including coordinating documentation and communications, tracking timelines and requirements, and helping resolve questions or issues as they arise. Job responsibilities
In this role you will be the key point of contact for wage subsidy program participants and employers, providing responsive and helpful support throughout the program lifecycle and ensuring program activities are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with program requirements.

  • Support program applicants, participants, and employer partners throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate program records, databases, and documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance.
