Assists with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell automation, recovery testing, vulnerability remediation, escalations, and multi-site IT initiatives while developing toward full system administrator ownership.

Supports general accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, intercompany accounting, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, fixed assets, audits, internal controls, tax compliance, and ERP process improvements across multiple entities in a manufacturing environment.

Designs, deploys, administers, and secures LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure across multiple sites. Configures firewalls, VPNs, SASE, NAC, EDR, and PAM solutions; investigates and remediates cybersecurity incidents and vulnerabilities; documents network environments; supports technical issues; and collaborates with global IT teams. The role leads cybersecurity improvements across North American locations and contributes to infrastructure and security projects.

Provides HR partnership and administrative support in a manufacturing plant, managing employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, leave and benefits administration, payroll readiness, workers’ compensation, compliance, OSHA recordkeeping, EHS initiatives, engagement, organizational development, and HR reporting. Collaborates with plant and corporate leadership to support workforce planning, employee retention, and a positive workplace culture.
