Develops, validates, and improves manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, documentation, and training to optimize quality, productivity, cost, and uptime. Investigates process and equipment issues using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods, supports corrective and preventive actions, and ensures safety, regulatory, and ISO compliance. Leads project teams, analyzes production data and workflows, plans equipment and facility improvements, and collaborates with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.

Provides HR partnership and administrative support in a manufacturing plant, managing employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, leave and benefits administration, payroll readiness, workers’ compensation, compliance, OSHA recordkeeping, EHS initiatives, engagement, organizational development, and HR reporting. Collaborates with plant and corporate leadership to support workforce planning, employee retention, and a positive workplace culture.

Performs inspection, packaging, labeling, and documentation for manufactured plastic parts. Operates two to three injection molding machines independently after training, identifies defects, maintains production records, and reports machine or scrap issues. Constructs boxes, moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds using hand trucks or pallet jacks, and maintains a clean, organized work area while following plant and OSHA safety requirements.
