Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform by managing access, service catalog requests, configurations, reports, dashboards, data quality, imports, and exports. Provide first-line troubleshooting for ServiceNow requests and incidents, document resolutions, and escalate complex issues. Leads process engineering design and quality assurance for large capital projects. Develops process flow diagrams, material balances, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and design bases. Evaluates process and personnel safety, conducts process hazards analyses, interprets plant data, and applies ASME and API codes. Serves as a technical subject matter expert and quality reviewer while collaborating with development, architecture, construction, and client teams.

Leads architectural design and technical execution for pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing facilities. Translates operational, regulatory, and technical requirements into compliant facility designs, including cleanrooms, process adjacencies, and controlled flows. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, reviews drawings and specifications, supports construction administration, maintains quality and schedules, participates in client presentations, and mentors junior staff.

Lead implementation and oversight of project Quality Control programs on construction sites. Coordinate inspections, document/test results, manage corrective actions, chair QC meetings, train and support quality teams, ensure subcontractor compliance, and report status to management to deliver projects that meet specifications and regulatory inspection requirements.

Lead BIM/VDC strategy and innovation across project lifecycles, provide training and technical support for visualization and simulation tools, integrate performance and sustainability analysis, drive process automation and standards, manage ACC workflows, and collaborate with design, engineering, construction, and IT teams to improve delivery and digital adoption.

Work on-site as part of a project team to take large design-build construction projects from concept through closeout. Build client/subcontractor relationships, coordinate architects/engineers, assist with schedules, forecasts, budgets and cost management, mentor interns, and ensure safe field execution.
