Develop, deploy, and support full-stack applications using React, JavaScript or TypeScript, C#, .NET, relational databases, REST APIs, and Azure. Partner with business users to modernize prototypes into secure, scalable production applications. Apply enterprise architecture, authentication, authorization, security, performance, and vulnerability-management practices. Build integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, data, and architecture teams. Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Codex extensively.

Maintains website content and marketing materials while collaborating with marketing, business development, design, project, accounting, and enterprise data teams.

Support VDC/BIM across project lifecycle: develop BIM strategy, train teams, implement visualization and simulation tools, automate processes, manage standards and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and integrate performance/sustainability analysis.

The VDC Engineer supports design-build projects through BIM and virtual construction activities, including 2D/3D coordination, model development, clash detection, quantity takeoffs, 4D scheduling, 5D estimating, and model change management. The role collaborates with designers, subcontractors, estimators, project managers, and superintendents while providing technical support and coaching on BIM best practices. Nationwide travel or relocation to job sites is required.

Lead design, programming, and commissioning of BMS, ICS, PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for mission-critical facilities. Design control/network architectures, integrate EPMS and BMS, ensure cybersecurity, conduct testing/validation, manage vendors, and mentor junior engineers.

Support BIM/VDC workflows from design through project completion: facilitate 2D/3D coordination, model missing content, perform 4D/5D schedule and cost analyses, run clash detection and assist conflict resolution, and produce material quantity take-offs for estimating.

Manage project financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, cost control, change orders, billings, and cost reporting. Coordinate with project management, accounting, subcontractors, and executives to identify variances, risks, and ensure accuracy and transparency in cost deliverables.

Coordinate technical information flow among steel project teams, customers, subcontractors and vendors. Manage project sequencing, shop drawing guidance, RFIs, submittal schedules, material takeoffs, bids, and fabrication coordination to support timely project execution and resolve issues with stakeholders.

Owns compliance execution across assigned enterprise entities, including vendor and procurement reviews, investigations, conflict-of-interest oversight, recordkeeping, risk assessments, reporting, and employee training. The role ensures adherence to antitrust, anti-bribery, public procurement, government contracting, and enterprise ethics requirements. It also tracks training completion, coordinates remediation, reports exceptions to leadership, and maintains audit-ready documentation across multiple entities.

Owns compliance for assigned enterprise entities, including vendor and procurement reviews, investigations, conflicts of interest, recordkeeping, risk assessments, reporting, and employee training. Ensures adherence to antitrust, anti-bribery, public procurement, government contracting, and Code of Conduct requirements. Tracks compliance completion, escalates serious matters, coordinates remediation, and reports metrics and findings to executive leadership. The role is office-based in St. Louis or Chicago and requires regular travel.

Lead BIM/VDC strategy and innovation across project lifecycles, provide training and technical support for visualization and simulation tools, integrate performance and sustainability analysis, drive process automation and standards, manage ACC workflows, and collaborate with design, engineering, construction, and IT teams to improve delivery and digital adoption.

Manage project financial strategy and cost control for construction projects: maintain budgets, forecasts, billings, change orders, cost reports, variance and risk analysis, and integrate cost information with accounting and project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to management goals.

Lead the Advanced Manufacturing market P&L and strategic direction, drive business development and client relations, oversee large EPC/design-build projects, mentor design/project teams, negotiate complex contracts, and ensure profitable project delivery and growth.

Manages procurement and purchase order operations for construction subsidiaries. Reviews and negotiates supplier, vendor, service, and ancillary contracts; ensures prime contract and subcontract flow-down obligations; supports procurement claims, disputes, mediations, litigation, subpoenas, discovery, and compliance matters. Requires construction procurement experience, knowledge of purchase orders and supplier contracts, administrative skills, and familiarity with AIA contract forms. Mandarin proficiency and process design knowledge are preferred.

Owns strategic client relationships for CDC construction accounts, serving as the primary point of contact across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and delivery functions. Coordinates cross-functional teams, project milestones, risks, issues, scope changes, commercial visibility, and executive reporting. Develops account plans, stakeholder maps, governance models, and growth opportunities while ensuring products and services meet project schedule, budget, quality, and delivery requirements. Requires strong construction procurement, project coordination, commercial, communication, and senior relationship-management experience.
