Partners with Marketing, Communications, IT, and business units to improve brand presence, recruitment, business development, and communications outcomes.

Owns digital roadmaps, team priorities, publishing standards, budgets, vendors, and platform governance while personally developing and maintaining WordPress sites. Builds integrations, improves accessibility, performance, navigation, and technical SEO, and coordinates hosting, testing, deployment, security, and recovery. Partners with marketing, communications, IT, and business units to align digital initiatives with brand, recruitment, business development, and communications goals.

Manages LJC’s marketing knowledge systems, project data, employee resumes, images, narratives, and reusable content. Coordinates with project teams to maintain accurate records, supports proposal and Go/No-Go processes, produces InDesign materials, administers OpenAsset and Asana, and supplies content for digital marketing channels. The role also supports new-hire and departure marketing tasks, maintains brand standards, and partners with IT and vendors on system improvements.
