Leads the tax function for a large, multi-entity construction organization. Oversees federal, state, and local tax compliance, audits, tax strategy, entity structuring, tax credits, internal controls, and construction-specific tax matters. Partners with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Operations, IT, leadership, and external advisors while managing and developing the tax team.

Oversee and implement project safety programs, conduct orientations and regular inspections, manage subcontractor safety compliance, investigate incidents, facilitate training, lead safety meetings, maintain records, and promote a zero-injury culture across large construction projects while supporting corporate safety initiatives.

Lead project execution for steel procurement including project setup, buyout, contract compliance, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, cost reporting, change order management, coordination with GCs/subcontractors/suppliers, and mentoring project coordinators to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
