Lead preconstruction and design-build pursuits across business units. Prepare conceptual and final estimates for $50M+ commercial projects, develop scopes, manage subcontractor selection, review schedules and construction documents for value engineering, present to owners, mentor junior estimators, and maintain subcontractor/vendor lists and unit pricing data.

Manage and maintain project schedules and baselines, perform network logic validation, cost and resource loading, generate performance and cash flow reports, assist monthly schedule reporting, and develop schedules for proposals and construction. Coordinate updates with PMs, superintendents, owners, and subcontractors.

Lead preconstruction efforts including project pursuit, proposal development, conceptual estimating, subcontractor selection, value engineering, client presentations, mentoring junior estimators, and contract support to drive successful CM and Design-Build projects.
