Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform by managing access, service catalog requests, configurations, reports, dashboards, data quality, imports, and exports. Provide first-line troubleshooting for ServiceNow requests and incidents, document resolutions, and escalate complex issues. Collaborate with the senior platform engineer on improvements while developing deeper knowledge of ServiceNow tables, relationships, configuration, and development practices.

Lead preconstruction efforts including project pursuit, proposal preparation, conceptual estimating, scope development, subcontractor selection, value engineering, and mentoring junior estimators. Support contract negotiations, develop general conditions, maintain subcontractor databases, and present estimates to clients.

Manage project financial strategy and cost control for construction projects: maintain budgets, forecasts, billings, change orders, cost reports, variance and risk analysis, and integrate cost information with accounting and project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to management goals.
