Leads client-facing digital and website projects, serving as the primary client contact and translating technical requirements between clients and development teams. Responsibilities include clarifying needs, identifying risks and dependencies, managing scope and priorities, coordinating PM, design, UI/UX, and development teams, and communicating technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders in a distributed remote environment.

As a Contract UX Researcher, you will identify research needs, conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, analyze data, and present insights to inform design decisions for leading brands.

Lead UI/UX design projects, mentor designers, oversee design systems, improve workflows, and ensure high-quality user experiences for clients.
