Brand Designer

Remote (or Belgrade) – Full-Time

Clay is a global design agency building world-class digital products and brands. Our clients include Meta, Slack, Google, Snapchat, Amazon, Coinbase, and many innovative startups.
We are looking for a Brand Designer (Middle or Senior) to join us remotely or in our office in Serbia. At Clay, Brand Designers create brand images from research and strategy to handing out ready-to-use solutions to other teams or creating guides. They work closely with other team members and help them convey the brand’s values and image in illustration, animation, and digital media.

• Experience in developing a visual language for a modern brand, from key principles to documentation in an agency setting;
• Understanding the modern processes of brand design;
• Strong skill in generating concepts and understanding the creative processes in a team;
• Strong knowledge of graphic, compositional, and typographical laws;
• Strong written English skills, fluency in spoken English is preferred;
• Any additional skills (animation, 3d, font design, typography, coding, etc.) will be a plus;
• Your timezone is within a 2-hour range of CET.
