Own end-to-end product engineering for benefits administration, carrier integrations, and embeddable UIs. Drive product direction, build scalable technical foundations, collaborate with partners, and shape roadmap and features while maintaining high quality.

Hands-on operations role owning customer support, employer implementations, carrier EDI/API connections, and ACA compliance. Triage and resolve support issues, onboard employer groups, maintain carrier feeds, document runbooks, and partner with BizOps and R&D to automate processes and improve reliability.

Own and scale Clasp's highest-value client relationships: lead executive-facing strategy, QBRs, renewals, and cross-functional coordination; build the account management playbook, hire and mentor AMs, and translate client feedback into product and operational improvements.

Operate end-to-end across products and lines, design and document new processes, act as GM for a vertical, step in as product manager when needed, and use data-driven analysis to prioritize and measure impact.

As a Founding Account Executive, you will prospect, manage sales pipelines, and close deals, driving Clasp's growth in health insurance benefits.
