Supports business operations across product and engineering by building business cases, writing requirements, scoping MVPs, running product sprints, modeling projections, improving workflows, and driving partner adoption. The role translates ambiguous business problems into recommendations and solutions while collaborating with account managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Own end-to-end product engineering for benefits administration, carrier integrations, and embeddable UIs. Drive product direction, build scalable technical foundations, collaborate with partners, and shape roadmap and features while maintaining high quality.

Hands-on operations role owning customer support, employer implementations, carrier EDI/API connections, and ACA compliance. Triage and resolve support issues, onboard employer groups, maintain carrier feeds, document runbooks, and partner with BizOps and R&D to automate processes and improve reliability.
