Provides customer support and service-writing assistance for heavy-duty vehicle repairs. Communicates with customers, drivers, fleet managers, and technicians; develops customer relationships; prepares estimates and invoices; and manages multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requires diesel, automotive, or transportation industry knowledge, strong communication, organization, dependability, and adherence to safety procedures. The role involves frequent movement and lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Maintain and develop digital assets (website, CMS, intranet), create marketing collateral and multimedia, manage social media and SEO, support analytics and newsletters, assist trade show/event planning, and coordinate marketing and training activities.

Manage a portfolio of AR customers including collections, cash application, account reconciliations, dispute resolution, credit reviews, invoice/statement delivery, and supporting AR-related audits and special projects.

Design, develop, and maintain diesel engine products, systems, components and accessories. Produce detailed layouts and schematics, coordinate prototype manufacturing, define and run tests, analyze results, and resolve design or manufacturing issues.

Provide customer service and retail-focused support as a service writer: communicate with customers in person and by phone, perform data entry, update customers on repairs, process service invoices and warranty claims, solicit additional services, and resolve service-related concerns. Work second shift and assist technicians as needed.

Lead cross-functional new product development, enhancements, and certification projects. Own the Stage-Gate process, manage schedules, risks, and portfolio priorities, coordinate Engineering, Production, Quality, Materials, Sales, and Marketing, and drive product launch readiness, continuous improvement, and reporting to leadership.

Install, maintain, and support LAN, WAN, VoIP, and network management tools; define monitoring, contingency, and recovery plans; troubleshoot and deploy network solutions; train IT staff; up to 25% travel.
