Provide inside sales and service-writing support: manage customer relationships, solicit additional services, perform data entry, create clear repair orders, process invoices and warranty claims, update customers on repairs, and resolve service-related concerns via phone, in person, and computer.

Provide customer service and retail-focused support as a service writer: communicate with customers in person and by phone, perform data entry, update customers on repairs, process service invoices and warranty claims, solicit additional services, and resolve service-related concerns. Work second shift and assist technicians as needed.

Lead cross-functional new product development, enhancements, and certification projects. Own the Stage-Gate process, manage schedules, risks, and portfolio priorities, coordinate Engineering, Production, Quality, Materials, Sales, and Marketing, and drive product launch readiness, continuous improvement, and reporting to leadership.
