Sell steel framing products to dealers and contractors, manage and grow assigned accounts, prepare sales presentations, monitor competition, resolve customer issues, maintain market reports, and log activity in CRM while conducting extensive onsite travel.

Participate in a 1-2 year operations management trainee program to learn plant operations, machine and forklift/crane operation, production scheduling, MRP, and front-line supervision. Manage customer orders from entry through shipment for a geographic territory. Build customer relationships, enter quotes, coordinate logistics with operations and traffic, maintain pricing and CRM records, attend sales meetings, support sales managers, and provide account coverage with limited travel.

Perform receiving, sampling, testing, and inspection of raw materials; maintain quality documentation and mill certifications; manage plant supplies inventory; ensure equipment calibration and accurate data entry; assist receiving and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
