Manage corporate logistics across national and local operations, including FTL, LTL, small-package, import/export, machinery moves, freight claims, and carrier relationships. Develop logistics strategies, budgets, contracts, and cost-saving initiatives while analyzing transportation data and monitoring KPIs. Standardize processes, ensure DOT and OSHA compliance, lead performance reviews, support plant teams, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Participate in a 1–2 year operations management training program covering production, machine operation, safety, quality, scheduling, logistics, material resource planning, and frontline supervision. Trainees develop cross-functional knowledge across Sales, HR, Purchasing, IT, and Finance, with potential advancement to Plant Supervisor or higher management and possible relocation to another facility.

Supervises manufacturing shift operations, schedules production, ensures safety and product quality, coordinates equipment maintenance, manages inventory, trains employees, approves payroll, and enforces company policies. The role oversees leads and hourly shop employees while driving production efficiency, minimizing downtime, meeting shipping schedules, and maintaining housekeeping and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing facility.

Develops and improves cost-effective manufacturing processes, production layouts, equipment, controls, and assembly methods. Programs PLCs, HMIs, drives, and servos; designs panels and electrical distribution systems; troubleshoots manufacturing systems; and leads product launches. Coordinates cross-functional teams, evaluates process performance, implements cost and quality improvements, manages technical projects and contractors, and supports production management in an office and manufacturing plant environment.

Leads HR services and business partnership for corporate and field associates, including workforce planning, recruiting, training, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, investigations, compensation and benefits support, compliance, and development planning. Analyzes HR metrics, advises managers, resolves complex workplace issues, implements HR programs, and supports business priorities while serving as a lead to field HR partners.

Processes accounts receivable billing, receipts, cash applications, and customer payments. Follows up on delinquencies, deductions, short-pays, and unused credits; evaluates credit applications, establishes credit limits, and releases orders based on credit status. Supports National Accounts, month-end activities, invoice monitoring, and financial operations while collaborating with Sales, Order Entry, and leadership.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Analyze processes, run Kaizen and value stream events, develop standardized work, monitor KPIs, support new product introductions, train teams, and support capital/equipment projects to sustain improvements.

Perform structural analysis, design and produce CAD/BIM shop drawings and calculation packages for cold-formed steel framing. Collaborate with project and engineering managers, ensure reviews/approvals, answer technical inquiries, and support project delivery on time and within budget.

Oversee daily plant operations, manage production scheduling, supervise leads and hourly staff, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate maintenance and inventory (FIFO), drive employee training and development, and communicate across departments to meet production and fulfillment goals.

Participate in a 1-2 year operations management trainee program to learn plant operations, machine and forklift/crane operation, production scheduling, MRP, and front-line supervision. Train across safety, quality, production, logistics, and cross-functional business areas to prepare for plant supervisor or higher management roles.

Perform receiving, sampling, testing, and inspection of raw materials; maintain quality documentation and mill certifications; manage plant supplies inventory; ensure equipment calibration and accurate data entry; assist receiving and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Participate in a 1–2 year Operations Management Trainee program at a manufacturing facility. Train across production, machine operation (rollformers, coil slitter, cold mill), forklift and crane operation, scheduling, material planning, safety, quality, and front-line supervision to prepare for Plant Supervisor or higher management roles.

Drive sales and specification development for high-security fencing across North America. Build relationships with contractors, distributors, architects, and engineers; support bids and proposals, pricing, takeoffs, submittals and technical support; track projects from design through installation and report activity in CRM. Work from a home office with frequent travel to project sites and customers.

Lead execution and optimization of chatbot and conversational AI across customer and internal use cases. Design and test conversational flows, structure knowledge and FAQs for accurate AI responses, monitor performance, and enable teams through training, playbooks, and change management. Collaborate with CX, sales, onboarding, and Digital/IT to prioritize AI self-service opportunities and support launches and vendor platforms.

Manage MRP, evaluate raw inventory and WIP to ensure operational efficiency and customer service. Ensure timely material receipt, maintain slit coil min/max levels, review and resolve exception/nonconformance reports, schedule slitting/reduction equipment, optimize setups and yield, coordinate rejects and credits with purchasing, assign part numbers, communicate lead times to sales and scheduling, and enforce safety and PPE compliance.

Support the Corporate Controller in corporate accounting, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, month/quarter/year-end close, audits, treasury, and JV accounting. Supervise accounting staff, improve processes, and coordinate with JV partners and auditors to ensure accurate GAAP/IFRS financials and covenant compliance.
