Provide front-desk support and sales administration: greet visitors, route calls, manage orders and quotes, maintain customer relationships, schedule shipments, update CRM, and assist account reps.

Perform packaging and banding of product skids, verify size/gauge/quantity, operate and adjust banding equipment, maintain clean safe workstation, follow lockout and safety procedures, perform lifting and material handling, and complete required paperwork. Support team production tasks and report safety or equipment issues.

Hands-on engineering role building AI-enabled systems: develop, test, and deploy ML models, data pipelines, backend services, APIs and cloud-based applications. Support model training, evaluation, integrations, CI/CD, and production readiness while following technical direction from the Technical Manager and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders.
