Hands-on engineering role building AI-enabled systems: develop, test, and deploy ML models, data pipelines, backend services, APIs and cloud-based applications. Support model training, evaluation, integrations, CI/CD, and production readiness while following technical direction from the Technical Manager and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Analyze processes, run Kaizen and value stream events, develop standardized work, monitor KPIs, support new product introductions, train teams, and support capital/equipment projects to sustain improvements.

Perform structural analysis, design and produce CAD/BIM shop drawings and calculation packages for cold-formed steel framing. Collaborate with project and engineering managers, ensure reviews/approvals, answer technical inquiries, and support project delivery on time and within budget.
