Compensated internship supporting the sales department: participate in planning calls, complete assigned sales projects, attend meetings, and produce weekly summaries leading to a final report for the company and school.

Provide front-desk reception and sales support including order entry, quote management, scheduling shipments, customer communication, CRM updates, and coordination with account reps and shipping to ensure accurate pricing, timely delivery, and strong customer relationships.

Perform accounts receivable and credit functions including billing, cash application, collections, credit application processing, monitoring invoices, resolving deductions/short-pays with sales, setting credit limits within authority, assisting month-end tasks, and supporting National Accounts.
